Work safely and efficiently: a training seminar was held at Biogas Energy

A seminar for engineering and technical workers on compliance with the requirements of legislative and regulatory acts on labor protection was held at Biohaz Enerdzhi LLC. The event was attended by the chief state inspector of the Department of Supervision in Mechanical Engineering and Energy of the State Labor Service in the Khmelnytskyi region, Dmytro Fiut, and the company's energy engineer, Yevhen Okulyk. Chief State Inspector Dmytro Fiut informed the attendees about injuries in the energy sector. He analyzed industrial injuries and drew attention to compliance with organizational and technical measures for the safe performance of work

in existing electrical installations. He emphasized the duties of persons responsible for the safe conduct of work. He separately focused on the organization of safe work on switching devices in electrical networks, operational maintenance of electrical installations, and permissible distances to live parts.

Also, during the event, the need to ensure compliance with quarantine measures by the company's employees was emphasized, namely: the availability of personal protective equipment for employees and the correctness of its use; creating conditions for washing and treating hands with antiseptics; the availability of means for wet cleaning of premises and surfaces, etc.

Based on the results of the seminar, a decision was made to strengthen control over the state of labor protection and labor discipline. To ensure that the company's employees comply with the requirements of legislative and regulatory acts on labor protection during the organization and performance of work in existing electrical installations, as well as compliance with quarantine measures.
